The Role:

The Accountant II plays a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial analysis. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This position requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Education, experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in processing payroll and familiarity with payroll software/systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in a corporate accounting environment preferred.
• Proactive approach to meeting daily workload demands
• Strong organizational skills and tenacious follow-through skills
• Ability to multi tasks and prioritize workload
• High degree of accuracy
• Honest and reliable
• Possess the poise, polish, and positive energy to interact with all departments within the company as well as various vendors and customers.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
